Senior WH&S Advisor 

Sustainable Timber Tasmania is seeking a Senior WH&S Advisor on a full time basis in our North East Region, based in our Perth office. The role is primarily responsible for supporting the WH&S Manager and team to develop and deliver strategic and operational WH&S programs that support the safety objectives and operational, legislative obligations of the organisation. 

The successful candidate will have a Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety or previous relevant experience in a similar organisational role, certification as a Safety Auditor, Incident Investigation experience, and experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders including contractors in a high-risk safety environment and delivering sound work health and safety solutions.

Forest Officer Harvesting (North West)

Sustainable Timber Tasmania is seeking a Forest Officer Harvesting on a full time basis in our North West Region, based in our Camdale office. The role is primarily responsible for assisting the delivery of regional wood production plans to meet agreed targets in a safe,commercial and environmentally sound manner. 

The successful applicant will be able to achieve a Certificate IV or Diploma in Forest Operations or other relevant courses or demonstrate experience in similar position, have an understanding and application of forest management functions,methods and processes to meet safety, environmental and compliance obligations and skills to oversee contractor's performance to meet forest safety and operational program targets.

Coordinator Roading (North East)

Sustainable Timber Tasmania is seeking a Coordinator of Roading on a full time basis in our North East Region, based in our Perth office. The role is primarily responsible for coordinating the organisations regional forest road construction and maintenance programs to enable the business to achieve its commitments to customers while maximising financial returns.  The Coordinator Roading prepares plans and coordinates resources to meet the regional roading requirements.

The successful applicant will have a diploma in a relevant industry qualification or demonstrate experience in a similar position, able to undertake a Cert IV in leadership and Management and able to develop working relationships with contractors and customers, meet customer business requirements whilst ensuring that supply and quality specifications are met
